UPDATE: JANUARY WORK PARTY HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO January 20th, 2024 at 11 AM
Howdy there, fellow Deltas! It’s ol’ *dlbwck!* here again with Brother Triveckolsbutcherkia to give some updates for 2024.
Last week, the combined Brother Executive, 369 College Avenue, Alumni Association and Educational Foundation boards met to discuss plans for the upcoming calendar year and where we want to go as a fraternity in 2024.
The boards have been hard at work creating a living agreement contract to help the brothers protect the house from the accumulation of junk and maintain the *dlb*in’ property. We also have been working on ways to encourage students to join our organization and afford the rising costs of an education.
While both of these items are still in the works, Triveckols has two announcements the combined boards are excited to share with their fellow Deltas *dlbwck!*
January Alumni Work Party
Thanks, Dlbwck! The Alumni Association is excited to announce the return of alumni work parties. The 369 Board and active brothers will be hosting the first of two work parties on Sunday, January 14th Saturday, January 20th. There are two projects on the agenda.
The first project involves moving the shed to a different location in order to treat the sprawl of bamboo shoots behind the house. We will be preparing a new location to install the shed. Bringing an extra shovel and other large garden tools is not required, but greatly appreciated.
The second project involves painting the basement with primer. While the majority of the flood cuts made to house are now filled in with plywood, the basement still has an unfinished look to it. Painting the plywood will help improve the basement aesthetics.
The Alumni and brothers need all the help they can get. Coffee and donuts will be offered for all attendees. Click on the link below to add the event to your calendar!

There’s Always Another Work Party
We also have an alumni work party scheduled February 4th. This will be a spring cleaning party as we clean out more rooms and make them “show ready” for Spring Rush Term.
